Water Damage at AT&T Building in South Bend, IN

The employee break room at the AT&T location in South Bend, IN had sewage back up from the sewer due to the heavy rains we received the evening prior. SERVPRO received the call and was able to be on site with the proper equipment within the hour. SERVPRO had come in and cleaned the dirty water up using an extraction machine.  After it was dry SERVPRO sprayed an antimicrobial on the floor and the lower parts of anything that had touched the floor.  Finally using a professional grade hard surface floor cleaner, SERVPRO cleaned every inch of the floor using the same antimicrobial and high temperature steam.
