A fantastic time was had at the Swan Lake Resort CE Class that was put on by SERVPRO of South Bend. 100 insurance agents gathered and 15 local businesses set up for a mini expo. Former Notre Dame coach Lou Holtz was the guest speaker for the day.

This picture shows the aftermath of a fire in one of our local neighborhoods. Luckily, the fire only affected a portion of the house. However, it is severe enough that are SERVPRO team has been there everyday to help make the house look as good as new!

SERVPRO was called by an insurance company to help a customer of theirs with water damage to their basement.  SERVPRO employees arrived on scene within an hour with the tools and equipment to perform the services.  To the company's surprise the basement was filled floor to ceiling with boxes upon boxes of the home owners contents.  SERVPRO knew how to handle the situation and immediately went to work photographing, cataloging and carefully packing each item into boxes.  The customer had requested his items not be taken off of his property, so SERVPRO arranged a mini storage pod to be delivered to his home. Each box was carefully packed into the pod and secured until the drying and cleaning could be performed.

The employee break room at the AT&T location in South Bend, IN had sewage back up from the sewer due to the heavy rains we received the evening prior. SERVPRO received the call and was able to be on site with the proper equipment within the hour. SERVPRO had come in and cleaned the dirty water up using an extraction machine.  After it was dry SERVPRO sprayed an antimicrobial on the floor and the lower parts of anything that had touched the floor.  Finally using a professional grade hard surface floor cleaner, SERVPRO cleaned every inch of the floor using the same antimicrobial and high temperature steam.
